Services & Digital ProductsStyle Edit by Alona provides digital products and online educational services, including but not limited to:online courses and workshopslive or recorded webinarsdigital guides, PDFs, presentations, and educational materials related to personal style and wardrobe building
The specific content, format, duration, and access conditions of each product are described on the corresponding sales page.
2. Prices & PaymentAll prices are listed in CAD, unless stated otherwise.For customers purchasing outside of Canada, currency conversion may apply and will be determined by the customer’s bank or payment provider.Payment is processed securely through third-party payment providers.Full payment is required before access to any product or service is granted.We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect purchases already completed.
3. Access & DeliveryDigital products are delivered electronically (via email, platform access, or downloadable materials).Access instructions are provided after successful payment.You are responsible for entering a valid and correct email address during checkout.
4. Limited-Time AccessAccess to course materials and digital content is provided for a limited period of time, as specified on the sales page.Unless stated otherwise, access is granted for one (1) month from the date of purchase. After this period, access to all materials — including recordings and downloadable content — will expire and will no longer be available.It is the customer’s responsibility to review, download (if applicable), and use the materials within the access period.
5. Webinars & Live SessionsSome products may include live webinars, group calls, or online sessions.Webinar dates, times, and formats may be changed or rescheduled at our discretion.Attendance at live sessions is not guaranteed and depends on participant availability.Recordings may be provided at our discretion unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.No refunds or extensions will be provided for missed live sessions.
6. Refund PolicyDue to the digital nature of the products and immediate access to materials:All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are provided, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the sales page.If you experience technical issues accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to ensure delivery.
7. Intellectual PropertyAll content and materials provided by Style Edit by Alona are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for personal, non-commercial purposes only.You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or use the materials for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
8. DisclaimerAll content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.We do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or transformations. Any examples, testimonials, or case studies represent individual experiences and do not constitute promises or guarantees.
9. Limitation of LiabilityTo the fullest extent permitted by law, Style Edit by Alona is not liable for:decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from the use of the contentindirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the products or servicesParticipation is voluntary and at the customer’s own discretion.
10. ModificationsWe reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.
11. Governing LawThis Agreement is governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
